• Our MBA Careers Adviser coaches students in developing the skills and strategies that will help them set and achieve their career goals. In building an effective job search strategy, Aston MBA students pursue a well-structured programme of activities which give them an understanding of industries they may not have previously considered, and access to corporate leaders to inspire their next move.
• Mindful Global Manager (MGM) is the personal development component of the Aston MBA that hands control of professional development back to candidates. Expertly designed to increase workplace impact, MGM develops self-awareness, encourages a global perspective and develops lifelong skills to keep candidates at the top of the career ladder.
• Finally, the MBA Business Consultancy is the culmination of candidates’ business education at Aston. It showcases their management abilities in a consultancy position to produce a client report under the expert supervision of an Aston academic. We support our candidates as they work with the organisation for 8-12 weeks, working on live management issues and developing links with employers and industry.

The Aston Online MBA is a 27-month programme suitable for candidates of all levels, who seek the rigorous academic content and career development opportunities of our full-time MBA, but need the flexibility to study anytime and anywhere. It follows exactly the same curriculum as the full-time MBA, offering the same core modules, electives, specialisations and project. Students have 24/7 access to our VLE (virtual learning environment) that hosts live webinars, videos, interactive learning materials and exercises. Individual and group coursework is submitted online and exams can usually be taken in the student’s home country. Online students immediately become part of a global and supportive network of aspiring business leaders, benefitting from virtual connections with peers, professors and the corporate world.
